- 300g pork neck
- 4 potatoes
- 6 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon beef seasoning powder
- 2 pumps corn syrup
- 0.5 tablespoon gochugaru
- 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
- 1 green onion
- a little black pepper
- a little sesame seeds
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
- Cut the pork neck into cubes similar in size to the potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine 6 tablespoons mirin, oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoon beef seasoning powder, 2 pumps corn syrup, 0.5 tablespoon gochugaru, and 1 tablespoon ginger syrup to make the sauce.
- Place the cut potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 8-9 minutes to cook them first.
- In a heated pan, add the microwaved potatoes and stir-fry until lightly browned.
- Once the potatoes are browned, add the cut pork neck and stir-fry together.
- When the meat is partially cooked, pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry, braising evenly.
- Add plenty of chopped green onions, then grind some black pepper and sesame seeds on top to finish.
- Cut potatoes and pork neck into cubes and prepare the sauce.
- Microwave the potatoes for 8-9 minutes to cook them first.
- In a pan, add the potatoes and pork neck in order and stir-fry together.
- Pour in the sauce and braise, then finish with green onions, pepper, and sesame seeds.
