Add an appropriate amount of leftover pa-kimchi brine and 1 tablespoon sesame oil, then mix evenly.

Add the cut pa-kimchi to the rice and mix together.

Add the seasoned rice to the pan and stir-fry until each grain is separate and fluffy.
At the end, sprinkle in a pinch of sugar and some whole sesame seeds, toss lightly, and finish.
