- Squid 1 piece
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Frying flour 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Cooking oil as needed
Recipe 🍳
- Slice the zucchini thinly and round, then cut into fine strips of even thickness.
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add the whole squid, and blanch very briefly.
- Immediately transfer the blanched squid to cold or ice water, cool completely, then remove and pat dry.
- Chop the cooled squid into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, chopped squid, 1 cup frying flour, and 1 cup water. Gently mix to form a batter.
- Heat a pan with generous cooking oil, pour in the batter, and spread it thinly and evenly.
- Fry on both sides, flipping occasionally, until golden and crisp on the outside.
- Slice zucchini thinly and finely.
- Blanch squid in boiling water, cool in cold water, then chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix zucchini, squid, frying flour, and water gently to form a batter.
- Pour the batter onto an oiled pan and spread thinly.
- Fry until both sides are golden and crisp.
