- jajangmyeon 2 packs
- onion 1
- cabbage as needed
- pork as needed
- lard oil generously
- minced garlic a little
- minced ginger a little
- oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
- egg 1~2
Recipe 🍳
- Dice the onion and cabbage into small cubes and set aside.
- Heat generous lard oil in a pan, then stir-fry the pork and prepared vegetables together.
- Add the jajangmyeon powder seasoning and fried noodles, stirring well to create the jajang sauce.
- Boil the jajangmyeon noodles separately in a pot of water.
- Stir in minced garlic and minced ginger into the sauce; add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce if seasoning is lacking for extra umami.
- Add the boiled noodles to the sauce, toss thoroughly, and stir-fry once more. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with fried egg.
- Chop onion and cabbage finely.
- Stir-fry pork and vegetables in lard oil.
- Add seasoning and fried noodles to make the sauce, and boil noodles separately.
- Season the sauce with minced garlic, ginger, and oyster sauce.
- Toss boiled noodles in the sauce and finish by topping with a fried egg.
