Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- 1 pack of Chapagetti
- 1 pack of Buldak Bokkeum Myeon
- 2 cups of water
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
Recipe 🍳
- Pour 2 cups of water into a pot, turn on the heat, and bring to a boil.
- When the water boils, add the Chapagetti noodles, Buldak Bokkeum Myeon noodles, and the dried vegetable flakes from both ramen packets. Cook together.
- Stir occasionally and wait until the noodles gradually cook and the liquid reduces to a saucy consistency.
- When the liquid has been absorbed into the noodles, add the Chapagetti powdered soup and the Buldak Bokkeum Myeon liquid sauce. Mix thoroughly so no lumps remain.
- Transfer the finished ramen to a bowl. If desired, top with mozzarella cheese and finish by sprinkling with the roasted sesame seeds and crushed seaweed from the Buldak Bokkeum Myeon packet.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot, then add both types of noodles and the dried vegetable flakes. Cook until done.
- When the sauce has reduced, add the Chapagetti powdered soup and the Buldak liquid sauce. Mix well.
- Serve in a bowl and top with cheese and flakes to taste.
Cooking tips 💡
- Since this recipe does not involve draining water, precisely measuring the water from the start is key to avoiding failure.
- Adding a generous amount of mozzarella cheese at the end mellows the strong spiciness, making the dish even more enjoyable.
