Okjubu's Hot Bibim Ramyeon

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- 2 packs ramyeon
- 1 pack ramyeon seasoning powder
- mayonnaise, as needed
- 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 egg yolks
- a little perilla oil (or sesame oil)
- a little green onion
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, combine 1 pack of ramyeon seasoning powder, mayonnaise, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 2 egg yolks, and perilla oil. Mix well to make the sauce.
- Boil the ramyeon noodles and dried vegetable flakes in boiling water for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Once the noodles are cooked, add 3-4 tablespoons of the cooking water to the sauce and mix. Drain the noodles completely and transfer them to the sauce bowl.
- Toss the noodles with the sauce until well coated. Top with chopped green onions and serve.
- Mix seasoning powder, mayonnaise, garlic, egg yolks, and perilla oil to make the sauce.
- Boil the noodles and dried vegetable flakes for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
- Add some cooking water to the sauce, then add drained noodles and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and finish.
Cooking tips 💡
- If you don't have perilla oil, you can substitute sesame oil for a nutty flavor.
- Do not overcook the noodles; they should remain slightly firm to prevent them from becoming too soft when mixed.
