Add mayonnaise, 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 egg yolks, and perilla oil.
Mix the ingredients evenly to make the sauce.
Add the ramyun noodles and vegetable flakes to boiling water.
Cook for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Once the noodles are cooked, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of the noodle water to the sauce and mix.
Drain the noodles completely and place them in the bowl with the sauce.
Toss the noodles and sauce together evenly.
Top with chopped scallions to finish.
