  • cucumber 1
  • soaked seaweed 1/2 cup
  • onion 1/4
  • green chili 1
  • red chili 1
  • water 3 cups
  • vinegar 1 cup
  • sugar 1/3 cup
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • seasoning salt a little
  • ice as needed

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the cucumber and onion thinly, and finely chop the green and red chilies.
  2. In a bowl, mix water 3 cups, vinegar 1 cup, sugar 1/3 cup, salt 1 tablespoon, and a little seasoning salt until the sugar dissolves completely to make the cold soup broth.
  3. Place soaked seaweed, sliced cucumber and onion, and chopped chilies into a large serving bowl.
  4. Pour the prepared cold soup broth over the ingredients, add ice, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator until thoroughly cold before serving.
  1. Cut cucumber, onion, and chilies into appropriate sizes.
  2. Mix water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and seasoning salt to prepare the broth.
  3. Add seaweed and vegetables to a bowl, then pour in the broth.
  4. Top with ice and refrigerate until chilled, then serve.
