- cucumber 1
- soaked seaweed 1/2 cup
- onion 1/4
- green chili 1
- red chili 1
- water 3 cups
- vinegar 1 cup
- sugar 1/3 cup
- salt 1 tablespoon
- seasoning salt a little
- ice as needed
Recipe 🍳
- Slice the cucumber and onion thinly, and finely chop the green and red chilies.
- In a bowl, mix water 3 cups, vinegar 1 cup, sugar 1/3 cup, salt 1 tablespoon, and a little seasoning salt until the sugar dissolves completely to make the cold soup broth.
- Place soaked seaweed, sliced cucumber and onion, and chopped chilies into a large serving bowl.
- Pour the prepared cold soup broth over the ingredients, add ice, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator until thoroughly cold before serving.
- Cut cucumber, onion, and chilies into appropriate sizes.
- Mix water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and seasoning salt to prepare the broth.
- Add seaweed and vegetables to a bowl, then pour in the broth.
- Top with ice and refrigerate until chilled, then serve.
