  • 1 handful of oyster mushrooms
  • 2 shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 bowls of warm rice
  • 2 pats of butter
  • half a handful of chives
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Recipe 🍳

  1. Mix 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp gochugaru, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp water. Add a generous amount of chopped chives to make the sauce.
  2. Cut the oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat a pan over low heat with a little oil, and sauté the oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms separately to preserve their unique aromas.
  4. While sautéing, add a small amount of soy sauce to lightly season the mushrooms, then turn off the heat.
  5. Place warm rice in a bowl and add a pat of butter on top.
  6. Top with the sautéed mushrooms, generously cover with the chive sauce, let it steam briefly, then mix everything together before eating.
