- Hand-cleaned dried anchovies 1 handful
- Onion 1/2
- Green onion a little
- Anchovy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- Hulled sesame seeds to taste
Recipe 🍳
- Remove the heads and internal organs (guts) from the anchovies and clean them thoroughly.
- Place the cleaned anchovies in a dry pan without oil and stir-fry over medium heat until they turn slightly brown and become crispy, then reduce the heat.
- Add the anchovy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in the specified amounts and gently mix.
- Add the finely chopped green onions and sliced onions, then sprinkle in the red pepper powder and hulled sesame seeds. Mix well using your hands or a utensil until evenly combined.
- Remove heads and guts from anchovies and clean them.
- Stir-fry anchovies in a dry pan until crispy to eliminate fishy smell.
- Mix in anchovy sauce, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetables, and red pepper powder.
