Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp tomato spaghetti sauce
- 3 tbsp donkaseu sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 Cheongyang pepper
- some sesame seeds
- a generous amount of cooking oil
Recipe 🍳
- Pour a generous amount of cooking oil into a frying pan and heat it up.
- Crack the prepared eggs into the pan one at a time, with a time gap, to prevent them from sticking together.
- Tilt the pan and spoon the oil over the eggs, frying them until the outside is crispy and the inside remains moist.
- Once the eggs are cooked, turn off the heat completely and use a paper towel to remove the excess oil from the pan.
- Add tomato spaghetti sauce, donkaseu sauce, and water to the pan and let it simmer with the residual heat until slightly thickened.
- Gently mix so the sauce coats the fried eggs evenly.
- Place the finished fried eggs over rice, then garnish with chopped Cheongyang pepper and sesame seeds.
- Pan-fry eggs in a generous amount of oil.
- Turn off the heat, wipe off the oil, then add tomato sauce, donkaseu sauce, and water and let it simmer.
- Place over rice with the sauce, then garnish with Cheongyang pepper and sesame seeds.
Cooking tips 💡
- Adding the eggs with a time gap prevents them from clumping together.
- When adding the sauce, make sure the heat is off to prevent oil splatter.
- If you don't have spaghetti sauce and donkaseu sauce, you can substitute with 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp water.
