  • egg 2 pieces
  • green onion适量
  • dried anchovy broth (or dried abalone broth) 2 cups (400cc)
  • sesame oil 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, remove the stringy parts, and gently whisk.
  2. Add finely chopped green onion to the egg mixture and mix evenly.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the egg mixture and lightly stir.
  4. Pour 2 cups of broth into a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
  5. Once the broth is boiling, slowly pour the prepared egg mixture around the edge of the pot.
  6. Do not stir immediately—let it sit undisturbed until the egg flowers bloom.
  7. When the eggs rise to the surface, give them a gentle stir once and turn off the heat to finish.

  2. Mix chopped green onion and sesame oil into the egg mixture.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the boiling broth.
  4. Stir gently once the eggs float to the top and finish.
