  • green onion 1 bunch
  • garlic 3–4 cloves
  • onion 1

Recipe 🍳

  1. Chop green onion finely and crush or slice garlic.

  3. Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion and garlic to release their aroma.

  5. Add onion and zucchini, and stir-fry thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Add 2 bowls of boiled ramen noodle water and 3 packets of jajang ramen seasoning to make the sauce.
  7. Add the boiled ramen noodles and quickly toss and stir-fry until fully coated and well mixed.
  1. Cut vegetables and pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then sauté green onion, garlic, and pork to build aroma.
  3. Press soy sauce against the pan to create a smoky flavor, then stir-fry in onion and zucchini.
  4. Add 2 bowls of noodle water and 3 packets of ramen seasoning to form the sauce.
  5. Add 2 servings of boiled noodles and mix thoroughly to finish.

Cooking tips 💡

  • Although using 2 noodle packs, using 3 seasoning packets is key to achieving authentic jajang flavor—this balances richness and taste.
  • Vegetables absorb oil easily, so use generous amounts of vegetable oil to prevent burning and ensure even, soft stir-frying.
