- jajang ramen 3 packs (2 noodles, 3 soup packets)
- pork as needed
- green onion 1 bunch
- garlic 3–4 cloves
- onion 1
- zucchini 1/2
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- noodle water 2 bowls
Recipe 🍳
- Chop green onion finely and crush or slice garlic.
- Cut onion, zucchini, and pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion and garlic to release their aroma.
- Add pork and stir-fry until cooked through, then press 1 tablespoon of soy sauce against the side of the pan to create a smoky, charred flavor.
- Add onion and zucchini, and stir-fry thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add 2 bowls of boiled ramen noodle water and 3 packets of jajang ramen seasoning to make the sauce.
- Add the boiled ramen noodles and quickly toss and stir-fry until fully coated and well mixed.
- Cut vegetables and pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then sauté green onion, garlic, and pork to build aroma.
- Press soy sauce against the pan to create a smoky flavor, then stir-fry in onion and zucchini.
- Add 2 bowls of noodle water and 3 packets of ramen seasoning to form the sauce.
- Add 2 servings of boiled noodles and mix thoroughly to finish.
