Slice the large green onion diagonally and thinly slice the garlic.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta for about 4 minutes until slightly undercooked. Drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the sliced large green onion, garlic, and peperoncino, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the assorted seafood and stir-fry over high heat until the moisture evaporates.
Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the seafood is well coated with the seasoning.
Add the cooked pasta and a little pasta water. Stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed into the pasta.
Turn off the heat, drizzle a little sesame oil for extra aroma, and transfer to a plate to serve.

Slice the large green onion and garlic, and cook the pasta for about 4 minutes.
Stir-fry the aromatic vegetables in a pan, then add the seafood and oyster sauce seasoning.
Add the pasta and pasta water, stir-fry, and finish with sesame oil.
