Kim Jin-soon's One-Pan Gimbap

A super simple one-pan gimbap where the fillings and eggs are cooked together in a single pan and rolled up.

Ingredients needed 2 servings

Recipe

Cooking tips

  • Cracking the eggs directly into the pan without beating them first makes the cross-section look nice.
  • If the egg pancake is too hot, the gim can become soggy, so let it cool slightly before placing it on the gim.
  • Moisten the edge of the gim with water to seal it firmly.

Recommended for

  • Those who want to avoid the hassle of stir-frying gimbap fillings separately multiple times.
  • Those who want to make gimbap quickly for breakfast or lunch.
