Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- frozen spaghetti 1 pack
- tomato sauce 1 cup
- water 1 cup
- frozen pepperoni as needed
- onion 0.5
- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- cheddar cheese 1 slice
- butter small amount
- vegetable oil as needed
- black pepper small amount
- parsley powder small amount
Recipe 🍳
- Finely chop 0.5 onion and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add a small amount of butter, then sauté chopped onion and 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic until golden brown.
- Add frozen pepperoni as desired and stir well until evenly browned.
- Add 1 cup of water and the frozen spaghetti (1 pack) directly without thawing.
- Pour in 1 cup of tomato sauce and simmer until the liquid reduces and the sauce becomes thick and cohesive.
- Once the sauce thickens, place 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt using residual heat.
- Use chopsticks to gather the noodles, then sprinkle with black pepper and parsley powder to finish.
- Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, and pepperoni in a pan with vegetable oil and butter.
- Add water, frozen spaghetti, and tomato sauce; cook until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
- Top with cheddar cheese and let it melt, then finish with black pepper and parsley.
Cooking tips 💡
- Frozen spaghetti is pre-cooked, so it can be added directly to the sauce without thawing or separate boiling.
- If the sauce reduces too much, it may become overly salty—adjust the heat when the sauce is slightly looser than your preferred consistency.
