Solo Cooking God One-Pan Pepperoni Tomato Pasta

A super simple oven-style spaghetti made by simmering pepperoni and tomato sauce in a single pan without needing to boil the noodles separately.

🙋 Recommended for

  • Those who want to make delicious pasta quickly while minimizing cleanup
  • Fans of rich, pizzeria-style oven spaghetti with bold pepperoni and tomato sauce

Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings

  • frozen spaghetti 1 pack
  • tomato sauce 1 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • frozen pepperoni as needed
  • onion 0.5
  • minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
  • cheddar cheese 1 slice
  • butter small amount
  • vegetable oil as needed
  • black pepper small amount
  • parsley powder small amount

Recipe 🍳

  1. Finely chop 0.5 onion and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add a small amount of butter, then sauté chopped onion and 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add frozen pepperoni as desired and stir well until evenly browned.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and the frozen spaghetti (1 pack) directly without thawing.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of tomato sauce and simmer until the liquid reduces and the sauce becomes thick and cohesive.
  6. Once the sauce thickens, place 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt using residual heat.
  7. Use chopsticks to gather the noodles, then sprinkle with black pepper and parsley powder to finish.
  1. Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, and pepperoni in a pan with vegetable oil and butter.
  2. Add water, frozen spaghetti, and tomato sauce; cook until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese and let it melt, then finish with black pepper and parsley.

Cooking tips 💡

  • Frozen spaghetti is pre-cooked, so it can be added directly to the sauce without thawing or separate boiling.
  • If the sauce reduces too much, it may become overly salty—adjust the heat when the sauce is slightly looser than your preferred consistency.
