Add the drained corn, pickles, sugar 2 tablespoons, vinegar 2 tablespoons, salt 1/3 tablespoon, peanut butter 1/2 tablespoon, olive oil 2 tablespoons, and water 100ml into a blender.
Blend for exactly 10 seconds to maintain a slightly grainy, chewy texture.
Tear the lettuce by hand to prevent browning, place it in a bowl, and top with red cabbage or bell pepper as garnish.
Generously pour the corn dressing over the torn lettuce and finish by adding cereal as a topping.
