- Korean melon seeds from 2 melons
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Recipe 🍳
- Place the stored melon seeds in a fine sieve and press with a spoon to strain out only the clear, sweet essence.
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the extracted melon seed essence.
- Stir well with a spoon or a small whisk until the ingredients are evenly combined to complete the dressing.
- Drizzle generously over prepared fresh salad greens such as lettuce, tomatoes, etc., and enjoy.
- Place the melon seeds in a sieve and strain out only the juice essence.
- Add equal amounts of honey and vinegar to the strained essence and mix well.
