Recipe

Stand the Vienna sausages upright and, holding the knife vertically, score them closely at regular intervals.
Heat a pan, add a generous amount of cooking oil, and add the sausages.
Stir-fry until the scores open up and the surface becomes crispy.
Reduce the heat to low and add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of Jin-ganjang.
Gently toss and stir-fry until the sugar melts and the sausages are coated with the soy sauce charred flavor and glaze, then finish.

Score the Vienna sausages closely.
Fry the sausages in a pan with plenty of oil until crispy.
Over low heat, add sugar and soy sauce to coat with a sweet and salty glaze and finish.
