Combine 500ml of milk, the cooked sweet potato, and sugar to taste in a blender.
Add 1/4 stick of butter, the key ingredient for a deep flavor, to the blender.
Blend for about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
For a cold latte, pour directly into a glass filled with ice. For a warm latte, pour into a microwave-safe cup and heat for 40 seconds to 1 minute, or pour into a pot and bring to a gentle boil.
Pour the finished sweet potato latte into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon powder to taste.
