• 800g cheongyang chili pepper
• 1 can (836g) canned pineapple
• 250g onion
• 1 apple (200g)
• 1 lemon
• 130g minced garlic
• 1 cup (150g) Vietnamese chili powder (or spicy chili powder)
• 1 cup (150g) regular chili powder
• 1/2 cup tuna extract (or fermented sand lance sauce)
• 1/2 cup Jin-ganjang
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons starch syrup
• 3 tablespoons maesil extract
• 2 tablespoons seasoned salt (flavored salt)
• 3 tablespoons Miwon (L-monosodium glutamate)
• 1/2 cup white kimchi brine
• 1/2 teaspoon commercial naengmyeon concentrate
• 1/2 cucumber
• a little white kimchi
• a little boiled pork neck slices
• generous amount sesame oil
