Recipe

Prepare a frying pan with a thin bottom and narrow width.
Pour 1 cup of mirim and 1/2 cup of cheongju into the pan and heat over high heat.
When the vaporized alcohol ignites as it boils, let the flame burn until it naturally extinguishes.
After the flame goes out, heat once more over high heat to ensure no alcohol remains, then turn off the heat.
Pour 1 cup of Jin-ganjang into the alcohol-burned liquid and mix evenly to complete the all-purpose soy sauce.
Place warm rice in a bowl and top with an egg, katsuobushi, and furikake to your liking.
Drizzle an appropriate amount of the finished all-purpose soy sauce and mix well to eat.
