Cooking tips

  • It doesn't matter if the glass noodles are overly soaked or fully boiled; they will still work for the pancake.
  • Adding onion brings sweetness and crunch, but too much will make the pancake soggy, so about half an onion is ideal.
  • If you have Korean pancake mix, use a ratio of 2 parts wheat flour to 1 part pancake mix for extra crispiness. However, since pancake mix is pre-seasoned, check the final seasoning.
