  • 1 can canned tuna

Recipe 🍳

  1. Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve and press firmly with kitchen towels to thoroughly remove any remaining moisture.
  2. Place the drained tuna in a dehydrator set at 40 degrees Celsius and dry completely for 24 hours.
  3. Put the completely dried tuna into a blender and grind it into a fine powder.
  4. Sift the ground tuna powder through a fine sieve to complete the dashi powder with a smooth texture.
