- 1 can canned tuna
Recipe 🍳
- Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve and press firmly with kitchen towels to thoroughly remove any remaining moisture.
- Place the drained tuna in a dehydrator set at 40 degrees Celsius and dry completely for 24 hours.
- Put the completely dried tuna into a blender and grind it into a fine powder.
- Sift the ground tuna powder through a fine sieve to complete the dashi powder with a smooth texture.
- Completely remove oil and moisture from canned tuna.
- Dry tuna in a 40-degree dehydrator for 24 hours.
- Grind in a blender and sift to make a fine powder.
