Ttukdak Hyung's Beef Tripe and Baby Octopus Stir-fry

  • Doenjang: 1 large spoonful
  • Beef tripe: 500g
  • Gochugaru: 6 spoonfuls
  • Soy sauce: 6 spoonfuls
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 3
  • Minced garlic: 2 spoonfuls
  • Oyster sauce: 2 spoonfuls
  • Corn syrup: 3 spoonfuls
  • Black pepper: 1/3 spoonful
  • MSG: 1/3 spoonful
  • Baby octopus: 300g
  • Salt: 1/2 spoonful
  • Mizuna: 300g
  • Bean sprouts: 1 large handful
  • Sesame seeds: a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Dissolve 1 large spoonful of doenjang in boiling water, then add 500g of beef tripe and boil for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the beef tripe boiled for 30 minutes and pan-fry until golden brown.
  3. Cut the golden brown beef tripe into bite-sized pieces and cook thoroughly inside.
  4. Remove all the well-cooked beef tripe and wipe off all the tripe oil remaining in the pan.
  5. Add the pan-fried beef tripe to the pan and season with 6 spoonfuls of gochugaru and 6 spoonfuls of soy sauce.
  6. Stir-fry slowly and for a long time over low heat.
  7. Prepare 1/2 onion, 1 green onion stalk, and 3 Cheongyang chili peppers, then add them.
  8. Add the ingredients below to season.
  9. Minced garlic: 2 spoonfuls
