- Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Green onion: 2 tablespoons
- Chili pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Prepare the ingredients. Finely chop the green onion and add it to a bowl. Finely chop the chili pepper and add it to the bowl. Add the minced garlic to the bowl. Add the soy sauce to the bowl. Add the red pepper flakes to the bowl. Add the sugar to the bowl. Add the sesame seeds to the bowl. Add hot oil to the bowl. Mix well.
- Boil the pasta. Boil the angel hair pasta (can be substituted with regular somyeon).
- Portion the ingredients onto a plate. Portion the boiled pasta onto a plate. Portion the fried egg onto a plate. Portion the sauce onto a plate. Mix well.
- Prepare a spicy seasoning by mixing aromatic vegetables like green onions, chili peppers, and garlic with soy sauce and red pepper powder.
- Cook angel hair pasta noodles and prepare a pan-fried egg.
- Place a generous amount of seasoning over the cooked pasta and egg, then mix well to complete the soy sauce bibim guksu.
