  • Angel hair pasta: 200g
  • Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion: 2 tablespoons
  • Chili pepper: 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Finely chop the green onion and add it to a bowl. Finely chop the chili pepper and add it to the bowl. Add the minced garlic to the bowl. Add the soy sauce to the bowl. Add the red pepper flakes to the bowl. Add the sugar to the bowl. Add the sesame seeds to the bowl. Add hot oil to the bowl. Mix well.
  2. Boil the pasta. Boil the angel hair pasta (can be substituted with regular somyeon).
  3. Portion the ingredients onto a plate. Portion the boiled pasta onto a plate. Portion the fried egg onto a plate. Portion the sauce onto a plate. Mix well.
