  • Zucchini: 700g
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil
  • Salted shrimp: 0.5 tablespoon
  • Somyeon
  • Water: 1L
  • Dashipack
  • Soup soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Anchovy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Seaweed flakes
  • Cheongyang chili pepper
  • Crushed sesame seeds
  • Gochugaru (red pepper flakes)
  • Brewing soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Plum extract: 1 tablespoon
  • Perilla oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Salt 700g of shredded zucchini with 1 tablespoon of salt, let it sit to drain, then drain the water. 1) Zucchini 700g 2) Salt 1 tablespoon.
  2. Once the water has drained, add the following ingredients to a pan and stir-fry. 1) Cooking oil 2) Zucchini 3) Salted shrimp 0.5 tablespoon.
  3. Add the following ingredients to a pot and make broth. 1) Water 1L 2) Dashipack 3) Soup soy sauce 1 tablespoon 4) Anchovy sauce 1 tablespoon.
  4. Pour the broth over cooked somyeon and top with the following ingredients to complete. 1) Somyeon 2) Seaweed flakes 3) Zucchini 4) Cheongyang chili pepper 5) Crushed sesame seeds 6) Gochugaru (red pepper flakes).
  5. Add the following ingredients to a bowl and mix well. 1) Brewing soy sauce 3 tablespoons 2) Plum extract 1 tablespoon 3) Perilla oil 1 tablespoon 4) Sugar 1 tablespoon 5) Cheongyang chili pepper 6) Cooked somyeon.
  6. Top the somyeon with the following ingredients to complete. 1) Seaweed flakes 2) Prepared stir-fried zucchini 3) Crushed sesame seeds 4) Perilla oil.
  1. Julienne the zucchini, salt it, drain the water, and stir-fry with salted shrimp.
  2. Make broth, mix with boiled noodles, top with stir-fried zucchini, seaweed flakes, and mix.
  3. Complete by serving boiled noodles and stir-fried zucchini with a sauce made from soy sauce, plum extract, and perilla oil.
