  • Button Mushrooms: 300g

  • Heavy Cream: 180ml (1 paper cup)
  • Milk: 180ml (1 paper cup)
  • Chicken Stock: 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan Cheese Powder: 1 tbsp

Recipe 🍳

  1. Combine the following ingredients in a frying pan and set aside. 1) 30g butter 2) 3 tbsp flour.
  2. Add the following ingredients to a frying pan and stir-fry. 1) Olive oil 2) 100g onion 3) 300g button mushrooms 4) 1/2 tbsp salt.
  3. When the mushrooms turn brown, add the following ingredients, mix well, and simmer to finish. 1) 180ml water (1 paper cup) 2) 180ml heavy cream (1 paper cup) 3) 180ml milk (1 paper cup) 4) 1 tbsp chicken stock 5) 1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder 6) Prepared roux.
