  • Green tea tea bag: 2
  • Pork belly: 500g
  • Soaked tteokbokki tteok: 10 pieces
  • Water: 5 spoons
  • Minced garlic: 3 spoons
  • Oligosaccharide syrup: 3 spoons
  • Gochugaru: 2 spoons
  • Soy sauce: 2 spoons
  • Sugar: 2 spoons
  • Mirin: 2 spoons
  • Ketchup: 1 spoon
  • Oyster sauce: 1 spoon
  • Gochujang: 1 spoon
  • Beef dashida: 1/2 spoon
  • Pepper: a little
  • 1. Cut cooking foil and fold it into a small bowl shape.
  • 2. Cut open 2 green tea tea bags and put the tea leaves into the foil bowl.
  • 3. Place the foil bowl at the bottom of a pot, place a steamer basket or similar on top, and add 500g of pork belly.
  • 4. This step is to infuse the meat with the green tea aroma, so be sure to cover with a lid and cook the surface over high heat for 5 minutes.
  • 5. After 5 minutes, remove the meat, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
