Recipe 🍳
- Combine flour, sugar, peanut butter, salt, baking powder, and butter in a bowl and mix well to make the soboro dough.
- Evenly moisten the surface of the sweet red bean ho-bbang with water.
- Press the prepared soboro dough firmly onto the moistened surface of the ho-bbang, covering it completely without gaps.
- Place in a preheated 190°C (375°F) oven and bake for about 20 minutes to complete the soboro ho-bbang.
- For a crispier texture, instead of baking, deep-fry until golden brown.
- Mix flour, sugar, peanut butter, and butter to make the soboro dough.
- Moisten the surface of the ho-bbang with water and press the soboro dough firmly onto it.
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes or deep-fry until done.
