- ground pork moderate amount
- gochujang 1 tablespoon
- light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- oligodextrin 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- black pepper a pinch
- vegetable oil a little
- green onion a little
Recipe 🍳
- Carefully transfer the soft tofu to a serving plate without breaking its shape.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, light soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, oligodextrin, and red pepper powder in a 1:1 ratio, then add a pinch of black pepper to make the seasoning sauce.
- Add the prepared ground pork to the seasoning sauce and mix thoroughly until the meat is fully coated.
- Heat a pan and add a small amount of oil. Add the seasoned pork and stir-fry until all moisture evaporates and the meat becomes dry and crumbly.
- Place the cooked warm pork generously over the chilled soft tofu and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion as garnish to finish.
- Place the soft tofu on a plate carefully without breaking it.
- Mix gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, oligodextrin, red pepper powder, and black pepper in a 1:1 ratio to create the seasoning.
- Add ground pork to the seasoning and mix well.
- Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the seasoned pork until dry and crumbly.
- Top the soft tofu with the fried pork and green onion to complete.
