Recipe 🍳

  1. Place a block of tofu in a cheesecloth and squeeze firmly with your hands to remove as much moisture and water as possible.
  2. In a large bowl, add the squeezed tofu, ground pork, 1 egg, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mash the tofu well and knead all the ingredients together until they form a cohesive, sticky dough to make the pizza crust.
  4. Lightly coat a frying pan with olive oil over low heat, then spread the tofu dough thinly and evenly to shape the pizza crust.
  5. Cook over low heat until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side the same way. If flipping is difficult, place a large plate over the pan, flip the pan, and slide the crust back in—this prevents tearing.
  6. Spread tomato sauce and ranch dressing evenly over the golden-brown tofu crust, dividing each half.
  7. Evenly sprinkle chopped vegetables such as onion and bell pepper over the sauce.
  8. Generously top with store-bought sliced seasoned chicken breast (or regular chicken breast/ham).
  9. Finally, sprinkle with plenty of mozzarella cheese to your liking, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low heat until the cheese is fully melted.

  2. Spread the dough flat in a pan greased with olive oil and cook over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Top with sauce, chopped vegetables, chicken breast, and mozzarella cheese, then cover and melt the cheese.
