Trim the dirty ends of the garlic chives and cut them into 4cm pieces.
Place the chopped garlic chives in a colander and pour boiling water from an electric kettle over them to remove the sharp taste.
Immediately transfer the hot garlic chives to cold water to cool down and preserve their crisp texture, then drain thoroughly to remove all moisture.
Cut the squid strips into 2cm pieces using scissors.
Finely chop the white part of the green onion and measure out about 2 tablespoons using a spoon.
In a bowl, combine gochujang 3 tablespoons, red pepper powder 1 tablespoon, tuna sauce 2 tablespoons, honey syrup 3 tablespoons, vinegar 1 tablespoon, and chopped green onion. Mix well to make the dressing.
Add the drained garlic chives, prepared squid strips, and sesame seeds 2 tablespoons to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently until well combined.
