- Cider 1.5 cups
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2/3 tbsp

- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1.5 cups of cider, 1 tbsp mirin, 2/3 tbsp soy sauce, and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
- Strain the egg mixture through a sieve to remove foam and egg strings.
- Pour the egg mixture into a bowl or cup and tightly wrap the top with aluminum foil.
- Place the egg mixture in a steamer when the water is boiling, cover, and steam over high heat for 3 minutes to set the shape.
- Then reduce to low heat and steam gently for 7 minutes until cooked through, totaling 10 minutes.
- Remove the fluffy steamed egg and serve.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, cider, mirin, soy sauce, and salt.
- Strain the egg mixture through a sieve for smoothness.
- Pour into a bowl, wrap with foil, and place in a steamer.
- Steam over high heat for 3 minutes, then low heat for 7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the finished steamed egg.
