Cooking tips

  • If you stir-fry the sundae too long, it may burst and the glass noodles can come out, so cook the vegetables sufficiently first.
  • Adding a little water to the sauce prevents it from burning in the pan and helps it penetrate the ingredients.
  • To preserve the fragrance, always add the perilla leaves at the very end of cooking.
