Solo Cooking God's Spicy Carbonara Ramyeon

  • 1 pack of spicy ramyeon
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 egg

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, add half of the ramyeon seasoning powder and one slice of cheese.
  2. Separate one egg into white and yolk, then carefully place the yolk on top of the cheese without breaking it.
  3. Pour enough water into a pot to submerge the noodles, and when it boils, add only the noodles and cook for about 1 minute. Do not add the vegetable soup flakes at this point; set them aside.
  4. When the noodles have loosened, add the reserved egg white and boil vigorously until both the noodles and egg white are fully cooked.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, drain all the water completely.
  6. Immediately pour the hot noodles into the bowl with the seasoning powder, cheese, and yolk.
  7. Mix everything well so the cheese and yolk melt smoothly from the heat of the noodles, combining with the seasonings.
  8. Finally, sprinkle the remaining seasoning powder and vegetable flakes on top like a garnish to finish.
