Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- 1 pack of spicy ramyeon
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 egg
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, add half of the ramyeon seasoning powder and one slice of cheese.
- Separate one egg into white and yolk, then carefully place the yolk on top of the cheese without breaking it.
- Pour enough water into a pot to submerge the noodles, and when it boils, add only the noodles and cook for about 1 minute. Do not add the vegetable soup flakes at this point; set them aside.
- When the noodles have loosened, add the reserved egg white and boil vigorously until both the noodles and egg white are fully cooked.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain all the water completely.
- Immediately pour the hot noodles into the bowl with the seasoning powder, cheese, and yolk.
- Mix everything well so the cheese and yolk melt smoothly from the heat of the noodles, combining with the seasonings.
- Finally, sprinkle the remaining seasoning powder and vegetable flakes on top like a garnish to finish.
- Prepare the bowl beforehand with half the seasoning powder, cheese, and egg yolk.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water, add the egg white, cook together, then drain all the water.
- Place the hot noodles in the bowl, mix with the cheese and yolk, then sprinkle the remaining seasoning to finish.
Cooking tips 💡
- Only use half the seasoning powder initially, so it's not too salty and brings out a clean, savory flavor.
- Mix right after cooking when the noodles are very hot so the cheese and yolk blend smoothly without separating.
- Sprinkling the vegetable flakes raw at the end adds a fun, crunchy texture.
