Recipe 🍳

  1. Pour hot water into each of the jajangmyeon and Gonghwachun jjajang ramen to cook the noodles to desired doneness.

  3. Squeeze out all the liquid seasoning from both ramens and thoroughly mix until the sauce is evenly distributed without clumping.
  4. Heat the smoky charcoal-flavored frankfurter sausage in the microwave, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Top the well-mixed stir-fried jjajang noodles with the sliced sausage as garnish to finish.
  1. Cook each ramen's noodles in hot water, then drain the water.
  2. Transfer both noodles and all liquid seasonings into the larger cup ramen container and mix evenly.
  3. Slice the heated frankfurter sausage and use as topping.

Cooking tips 💡

  • The rich, sweet taste of Gonghwachun jjajang complements the spicy seafood aroma of jajangmyeon, creating a balanced flavor that doesn't get boring easily.
  • For best results, choose a convenience store frankfurter with strong charcoal flavor—this enhances the pairing with the ramen sauce better than regular sausages.
