- onion 1
- green onion half
- chives a little
- soy sauce 6 tablespoons
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- vinegar 4 tablespoons
- minced garlic half tablespoon
- sesame oil 2 turns
- toasted sesame seeds generously
Recipe 🍳
- Strain the liquid from the periwinkle cans completely, then chop the periwinkle into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop 1 onion, half green onion, and chives finely, ensuring small bits that provide a slight crunch.
- In a bowl, mix 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons vinegar, and half tablespoon minced garlic to make the dressing.
- Add the prepared periwinkle and chopped vegetables to the dressing, then sprinkle 2 turns of sesame oil and generous toasted sesame seeds over the top. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the finished seasoning sauce to an airtight container and let it mature in the refrigerator for several hours or longer.
