- pasta 1 serving
- crab meat 100g
- garlic generous amount
- water 1 cup
- chicken stock 1 teaspoon
- chili oil as needed
- scallions a little
Recipe 🍳
- Heat chili oil in a pan and add plenty of sliced or minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Once the garlic turns slightly golden, add more garlic to maximize its flavor.
- Pour in 1 cup of water and add 1 teaspoon of chicken stock to create a slightly salty sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and crab meat to the pan, tossing and simmering until the sauce is absorbed into the pasta.
- When the sauce has thickened and coats the pasta, transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped scallions.
- Heat chili oil in a pan and sauté plenty of garlic until fragrant.
- Add water and chicken stock, bring to a boil, then add cooked pasta and crab meat; toss well.
- When the sauce is nearly absorbed, plate and sprinkle with scallions to finish.
Cooking tips 💡
- Crab body meat tends to break apart easily during cooking. For a cleaner presentation, consider using whole crab leg meat.
- Adding garlic in two batches—first to sauté until golden, then more fresh garlic—enhances both the nutty and pungent garlic notes.
