Recipe

In a bowl, add 1 cup of heavy cream and whip until thickened, then add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of Baileys to make a smooth Baileys cream.
In a heatproof glass, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of Irish whiskey (alternatively, use 3 tablespoons of Baileys).
Pour strongly brewed hot coffee up to 2/3 of the glass.
Stir with a spoon to completely dissolve the sugar at the bottom of the glass.
Top the drink generously with the prepared Baileys whipped cream to finish.

Make whipped cream by adding powdered sugar and Baileys to heavy cream.
Add sugar, whiskey, and hot coffee to a glass and stir well to dissolve.
Slowly layer Baileys whipped cream on top of the coffee to finish.
