- instant coffee powder 3 tablespoons
- sugar 3 tablespoons
- hot water 3 tablespoons
- milk 200ml
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons each of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water in a 1:1:1 ratio.
- Using a whisk or spoon, stir continuously in one direction until the mixture becomes thick and develops a light dalgona color.
- Fill a cup with ice and milk, then gently pour the finished dalgona coffee cream on top to finish.
- Add equal amounts of coffee powder, sugar, and hot water to a bowl.
- Stir until the mixture becomes a thick cream-like consistency, forming dalgona foam.
- Place the dalgona foam on top of milk to complete.
