  • sugar 3 tablespoons
  • hot water 3 tablespoons
  • milk 200ml

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons each of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water in a 1:1:1 ratio.
  2. Using a whisk or spoon, stir continuously in one direction until the mixture becomes thick and develops a light dalgona color.
  3. Fill a cup with ice and milk, then gently pour the finished dalgona coffee cream on top to finish.
