Recipe 🍳

Bring water to a boil, add salt, then add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes. The key is to cook it long enough to achieve a soft, tender texture—not al dente, but more like udon.
While the pasta cooks, in a bowl combine tomato puree, onion powder, paprika powder, and milk, and mix well to make the base sauce.
Once cooked, drain the pasta and discard all the pasta water.
Transfer the cooked pasta to a pot, pour in the pre-mixed tomato sauce, then add two slices of cheddar cheese and one tablespoon of butter.
Cook over low heat, gently tossing and stirring until the cheese and butter are fully melted and absorbed into the pasta.
Finally, taste and adjust seasoning with a little salt and sugar to balance the sweet-salty flavor, then serve in a bowl.

Cook pasta for 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
Mix tomato puree, onion powder, paprika powder, and milk to make the sauce.
Combine pasta, sauce, cheddar cheese, and butter in a pot, melt and toss over low heat, then season with salt and sugar.
