- whole wheat bread 4 slices
- Greek yogurt 100g
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
- allulose 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- salt 1 pinch
- pepper a little
- dill as needed
- romaine lettuce 4 leaves
- smoked salmon 4 slices
- cucumber 1/2
- black olives a little
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, allulose, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix in finely chopped dill to make the yogurt sauce.
- Toast the whole wheat bread in an air fryer for 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice the cucumber thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- On the toasted bread, layer romaine lettuce, smoked salmon, prepared yogurt sauce, sliced cucumber, and black olives in order. Top with the remaining bread slice and serve.
- Chop dill finely and mix with seasonings to prepare the yogurt sauce.
- Toast the whole wheat bread in an air fryer for 3 minutes.
- Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.
- Stack romaine lettuce, salmon, sauce, cucumber, and olives on the toasted bread, then cover with the remaining bread slice.
