  • whole wheat bread 4 slices
  • Greek yogurt 100g
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • allulose 1 tablespoon
  • minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
  • salt 1 pinch
  • pepper a little
  • dill as needed
  • romaine lettuce 4 leaves
  • smoked salmon 4 slices
  • cucumber 1/2
  • black olives a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, allulose, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix in finely chopped dill to make the yogurt sauce.
  2. Toast the whole wheat bread in an air fryer for 3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Slice the cucumber thinly using a mandoline or knife.
  4. On the toasted bread, layer romaine lettuce, smoked salmon, prepared yogurt sauce, sliced cucumber, and black olives in order. Top with the remaining bread slice and serve.

  2. Toast the whole wheat bread in an air fryer for 3 minutes.
  3. Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.
  4. Stack romaine lettuce, salmon, sauce, cucumber, and olives on the toasted bread, then cover with the remaining bread slice.
