  • jjim-ju 200g
  • wild greens 1 handful
  • onion 1/2
  • garlic 3~4 cloves
  • green chili pepper 1
  • red pepper powder 1 tablespoon and 1/2
  • shrimp paste 1/2 tablespoon
  • squid sauce 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • sesame oil 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the jjim-ju into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Thinly slice the garlic, finely chop the green chili pepper, and cut the onion into thin strips.
  3. Wash the wild greens thoroughly under running water, remove excess moisture, and cut into 4–5 cm lengths.
  4. In a bowl, combine red pepper powder 1 tablespoon and 1/2, shrimp paste 1/2 tablespoon, squid sauce 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, vinegar 1 tablespoon, and sesame oil 1 tablespoon. Mix well to make the dressing.
  5. Add the prepared wild greens, onion, garlic, green chili pepper, and jjim-ju to the bowl with the dressing. Gently toss until the seasoning is evenly distributed.

  2. Wash the wild greens thoroughly and cut into mouth-sized pieces.
  3. Mix red pepper powder, shrimp paste, squid sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
  4. Combine all ingredients and dressing in a bowl and gently toss.
