  • chogpa 1 handful
  • gochugaru 1 tablespoon
  • myeolchi ajip 1 tablespoon
  • maesil-ak 1 tablespoon
  • sangjang-cheong a little
  • chamgireum 1 tablespoon
  • miwon a little
  • tongkkae a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Wash the chogpa thoroughly, remove excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the prepared chogpa in a bowl and add gochugaru, myeolchi ajip, maesil-ak, and sangjang-cheong in the specified amounts.
  3. Add chamgireum, miwon, and tongkkae to enhance the rich, nutty flavor.
  4. Gently mix until the seasoning is evenly distributed and the chogpa’s freshness is preserved—don’t overwork it.
