- gochugaru 1 tablespoon
- myeolchi ajip 1 tablespoon
- maesil-ak 1 tablespoon
- sangjang-cheong a little
- chamgireum 1 tablespoon
- miwon a little
- tongkkae a little
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the chogpa thoroughly, remove excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the prepared chogpa in a bowl and add gochugaru, myeolchi ajip, maesil-ak, and sangjang-cheong in the specified amounts.
- Add chamgireum, miwon, and tongkkae to enhance the rich, nutty flavor.
- Gently mix until the seasoning is evenly distributed and the chogpa’s freshness is preserved—don’t overwork it.
- Wash the chogpa thoroughly and cut into mouth-sized pieces.
- Put the chogpa in a bowl and add gochugaru, ajip, maesil-ak, and other seasonings.
