Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • adequate amount of chogpa
  • gochugaru 1 tablespoon
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • adequate amount of whole sesame seeds
  • myeolchi ajjang 1 tablespoon
  • ginger juice 1 tablespoon
  • mireuk a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 tablespoon sugar, adequate amount of whole sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon myeolchi ajjang, 1 tablespoon ginger juice, and a little mireuk. Mix well to make the seasoning sauce.
  2. Add the prepared chogpa to the seasoning sauce.
  3. Gently toss the chogpa using your hands like a fork—lift and mix lightly without pounding—to achieve a crisp texture.
