- gochugaru 1 tablespoon
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- adequate amount of whole sesame seeds
- myeolchi ajjang 1 tablespoon
- ginger juice 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 tablespoon sugar, adequate amount of whole sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon myeolchi ajjang, 1 tablespoon ginger juice, and a little mireuk. Mix well to make the seasoning sauce.
- Add the prepared chogpa to the seasoning sauce.
- Gently toss the chogpa using your hands like a fork—lift and mix lightly without pounding—to achieve a crisp texture.
- Make a seasoning sauce with gochugaru, sugar, ajjang, and other seasonings.
- Add chogpa to the seasoning sauce.
- Toss gently to keep it crisp and fresh.
