  • Red pepper 1/2

  • Water 1 tablespoon
  • Corn syrup 1.5 tablespoons
  • Ginger juice 1/2 tablespoon
  • Hulled sesame seeds a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, and slice the ggolli peppers and red pepper diagonally.
  2. Heat a pan with oil, then gently fry the tofu until golden brown without breaking it apart.
  3. Once the tofu is cooked, add soy sauce 2 tablespoons, water 1 tablespoon, corn syrup 1.5 tablespoons, and ginger juice 1/2 tablespoon, then simmer until reduced.
  4. When the sauce comes to a boil, add the sliced ggolli peppers and red pepper, and stir-fry briefly to release their fragrance.
  5. Turn off the heat when the peppers still have a crisp texture, transfer to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with hulled sesame seeds.
