- garlic chives 1 handful
- red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- plum syrup 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil 0.5 tablespoon
- salt (for seasoning) 4 pinches
- toasted sesame seeds a little
- salt (for blanching) 0.5 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the garlic chives thoroughly under running water, then cut them into bite-sized pieces of even size.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, then briefly blanch the prepared garlic chives.
- Immediately rinse the blanched garlic chives under cold water to cool them down, then drain completely using a colander.
- Place the drained garlic chives in a mixing bowl and add red pepper powder, plum syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
- Mix well by hand until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
- Cut garlic chives into convenient eating sizes.
- Briefly blanch in boiling salted water, then immediately rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
- Add all prepared seasonings, mix well, and finish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
