  • red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • plum syrup 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • sesame oil 0.5 tablespoon
  • salt (for seasoning) 4 pinches
  • toasted sesame seeds a little
  • salt (for blanching) 0.5 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Wash the garlic chives thoroughly under running water, then cut them into bite-sized pieces of even size.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, then briefly blanch the prepared garlic chives.
  3. Immediately rinse the blanched garlic chives under cold water to cool them down, then drain completely using a colander.
  4. Place the drained garlic chives in a mixing bowl and add red pepper powder, plum syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  5. Mix well by hand until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
