  • green onion 0.5 bunch
  • a pinch of salt
  • soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • corn syrup 1 tablespoon
  • sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  • toasted sesame seeds a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Wash cucumbers thoroughly, then pound them with a cooking mallet to naturally break them apart.
  2. Add finely chopped green onion to the broken cucumber pieces into bite-sized portions.
  3. Add the seasonings—salt, soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, corn syrup, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds—in the specified amounts.
  4. Gently toss the mixture until the seasoning evenly coats the cucumbers, then serve.
