Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- 1/4 head cabbage
- 2 bowls of cooked rice
- 150g ground pork
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- a little water
Recipe 🍳
- Remove the core from the cabbage, wash it clean, and shred it.
- Spread the cabbage on the bottom of a pot, place the rice on top, and drizzle water around the edge.
- In a pan, stir-fry the pork over high heat, adjusting the heat to prevent excessive foaming.
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to season the pork and continue stir-frying until fully cooked.
- When the cabbage and rice are done, reduce the heat, drizzle 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and let it steam for about 6 minutes.
- Mix 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, and a little water to make the seasoning sauce.
- Serve the cabbage rice in a bowl and top with the stir-fried pork and seasoning sauce.
- Prepare the cabbage, spread it on the bottom of a pot, and add rice and water to cook.
- Stir-fry the pork in a pan and season with soy sauce.
- When the cabbage rice is done, drizzle with sesame oil and let it steam.
- Make the seasoning sauce with the listed ingredients and serve alongside the stir-fried pork.

- If a lot of foam appears during cooking, the heat is too high; adjust the heat accordingly.
- If using a pot is too fussy, you can also spread the cabbage in a regular electric rice cooker and cook.
