- abalone 2~3 pieces
- celery 1 stalk
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- vinegar 3 tablespoons
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳
- Slice the celery diagonally and thinly.
- Blanch the sliced celery briefly in boiling salted water, then immediately rinse under cold water to preserve crispness.
- Trim the tough white membrane from the side of the abalone, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Blanch the sliced abalone in the same water used for the celery until about 80% cooked, then rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and chili oil to make the homemade dressing.
- Combine the blanched celery and abalone with the dressing and toss well to finish.
- Cut celery and abalone into bite-sized pieces.
- Briefly blanch celery and abalone in boiling water, then rinse under cold water.
- Mix garlic, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and chili oil to make the sauce.
- Toss the blanched ingredients with the sauce until evenly coated.
